Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general wear and tear.
b. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
c. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
d. Custom Orders
Items made to custom specifications (colors, sizes, lengths, etc.) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
