a. Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
b. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship from Montreal, Québec, using reliable carriers such as Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
c. Estimated Delivery Times
• Local (QC & ON): 2–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
• U.S.: 5–10 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
d. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you (if applicable, based on shipping method selected).
e. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
f. Delivery Address
Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. If you’re outside these regions and interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
